  • To maximize the benefits of your session, we recommend drinking plenty of water beforehand to help your body adjust to the increase in core temperature. Hydration is key for an effective detox!

  • Yes! We provide water for our guests. If you prefer to bring your own, please note that plastic bottles are not permitted inside the sauna.

  • Comfort is key! We recommend wearing gym clothes or swimwear. Keep in mind that sweat levels vary from person to person, so be sure to bring a towel to stay comfortable during your session.

  • Our maximum occupancy is 2 guests per session. This ensures a comfortable and relaxing experience.

  • Yes. For safety reasons, guests must be 18 years or older to use the far infrared sauna.
