The Salt Cave was designed to help you leave your worries behind with soft golden lighting from the Himalayan Salt, peaceful music, and comfortable lounge chairs.
Aside from the already rich Himalayan Salt, a salt generator crushes pharmaceutical-grade salt into micron-sized dry aerosol particles that are inhaled. Dry Salt Therapy, also known as Halotherapy, benefits adults and children alike as well as athletes and animals. Halotherapy is beneficial for overall wellness by removing the toxicity from the respiratory system, improving the function and appearance of the skin, and boosting the immune system.
Please bring clean white socks to enter the salt cave. Electronics are not permitted in the cave, however there is a safe place to store all of your belongings just outside the cave.
Please arrive a little before 6 pm to get registered as we will begin promptly at 6 pm.

About your facilitator:
Celeste Hartwell had the car, the house, the perfect marriage, the amazing family and even the successful 18 year career, yet she felt like there was something more in life and went on a journey to find it in 2015.
This path led her to learn many different meditation techniques, and she finally settled into listening to her own guidance when working with clients and leading workshops.
Celeste is passionate about teaching abundance and helping women heal their relationship with money as this has been something she struggled with in the past as well.
Every meditation session Celeste teaches is unique because she feels into the energy of the group and shares what Spirit leads her to say. People experience profound shifts and healing and walk away more open to receive the abundance that the universe is always showering us with than when they walked in.
